Growing up I loved poems and music, influenced by everyone from Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, Arlo Guthrie, and the Rolling Stones, just to name a few greats. The sixties and seventies were rich with song writers speaking to life in America during a most turbulent period. Storytellers of an era, like Lennon and Dylan, captured the mood and the time. Not unlike today, we find ourselves looking for answers that may come in a song. through many genres including rock, pop, country, blues, Motown, and gospel I find myself telling a story today. The music speaks for itself.
